When we drill holes into the shells sometimes they unfortunately crack or shatter. Most of the shells buyers want to send in have sentimental value and we do not feel comfortable working on them as they can easily break.

There is a hole in one shell right in front, it really annoys me. Great work beside that, but maybe check the shells more closely next time before working with them!
